Christina is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She received her Masters of Arts in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy, including extensive work with children, youth, young adults and families. Christina offers a supportive, non-judgemental, client-centred approach to therapy.
Through the Ottawa Couple and Family Institute, Christina works with adolescent and adult individuals, as well as couples and families. Christina is trained in Emotionally-Focused (Family) Therapy (EFT) and used an EFT approach when working with couples and families.
